*The purpose of CASA is to help abused and neglected children in foster care to achieve permanency in a safe and nurturing environment. The Organization provides court-appointed volunteers to advocate for permanent homes for children. They recruit, train and supervise volunteers who are appointed by a judge in Family Court to advocate for a child or family or children who are in foster care ensuring that they do not slip between the cracks of the child welfare system. www.casaofmonmouth.org
